Squarespace Template Policy

When you purchase a Squarespace Template, you will receive a link to accept the template as a new website. This template will not be added to an existing website unless you purchase an Install Package add-on.

We will always do our best to send your template within 48 hours, but please note that this time frame may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Although rare, there’s no guarantee it won’t take longer. Please submit a support ticket if it has been over 48 hours. Additionally, this time frame may be delayed over weekends/holidays.

Once the template is added to your account, it is no longer ours. It is your responsibility to add your content and make edits to the site. If you accidentally modify the template, we cannot go back in and reverse the changes.

A template purchase includes the template sent to you once:

• If you make accidental changes and need the template sent again, or if you don’t accept the template invitation within 6 months of purchase and your free trial expires, you will need to repurchase the template for us to send it again.

• Your template will come with a free trial. If the trial expires, Squarespace may mark your website for deletion. In that case, you will need to repurchase the template for us to send it again. To avoid this, request a trial extension from Squarespace or upgrade to a paid plan.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer refunds after purchase. Please review the template demos, features, FAQs, and requirements before purchasing. If you have any specific questions, feel free to contact us before making your purchase.

Support Policy

We are happy to assist with issues related to the template itself, installation, downloads, provided files, and any technical problems related to these.

However, we do not offer support for general Squarespace-related questions, template modifications, coding issues, or problems with external software.

We offer support via email (hi@socalcreativeworks.com) and aim to respond within 48 hours on business days (Mon-Fri).

Copyright + Licensing Policies

Squarespace Website Templates:
Each template purchase is for one project/website only (1 template = 1 website). For multiple websites, you will need to purchase additional licenses.

By purchasing a template, you agree to the following terms:

• If building a site for a client, you cannot claim or promote the design as solely your own.

• You may not resell or claim the design as your own.

• You may not share the template, graphics, files, or any design elements with others.

Any photography provided with the template is for demonstration purposes and remains the copyright of the original creator. You must replace these images with your own. We hold no liability for any image licensing/copyright issues from the use of supplied images.

The design is copyrighted by SoCal Creative Works, which retains rights to all designs and files (excluding photography and pre-made Canva graphics) included in your purchase.

Your completed website design may be used for promotional purposes in our template showcase.

Miscellaneous Important Notes
You have lifetime access to the templates, but we cannot guarantee lifetime updates. If a template is retired or removed from the store, it will no longer receive updates.
